UltraISO can do a lot of things: edit images (add/remove/move/rename files), run and view files directly from the image, check specified files for viruses. UltraISO understands tons of images formats, can convert from one image to another, create iso images from the scratch, supports bootable images. UltraISO can also write to CD/DVD.
