Nero Burning ROM v6.6.0.19 is the best all-in-one CD-R application on the market. Period.
It combines huge amounts of features in a compact and easy to use package. It handles disc dublicating and pre-mastering with ease, supported by a cover designer and even an audio file editor. The excellent GUI desing keeps all the functions handy and guarantees that simple tasks can be done quickly.
If I'd have to settle with just one CD-R software, then Nero would be it.

HyperSnap-DX 5.62.04 - one of the best programs for making screenshots. HyperSnap-DX has everything necessary: grabbing the whole screen, an exact window, free hands (you can gran not only a rectangle area, but whatever you want), and also a special DirectX/D3D and DirectX overlay screenshots. HyperSnap-DX also has internal graphical editor, you can add shadows, stamps, apply effects, scale, rotate etc. Result file can be saved to disk, ftp server or sent to email address. HyperSnap-DX can save files in various formats from bmp and jpeg to tga or pct.

BartPE - a very good tool for creating bootable windows disk (Preinstalled Environment). Windows is loading with some restrictions though. BartPE gives a complete graphicsl interface with file systems support (FAT/FAT32/NTFS/CDFS) and network. With BartPE you can test, scan for viruses, restore files - whatever.
The disk itself can be included with necessary tools (A43 File Management Utility, Ad-Aware SE, Check Disk (chkdsk.exe), Disk Commander 1.1, ERD Commander 2002, IrfanView, McAfee Stinger, McAfee VirusScan, Mozilla Embed, Nero Burning Rom, PuTTY, RAMDisk [QSoft], Symantec Ghost 8.0, Total Commander 6, UltraVNC and others). The exacution of these programs are done through dynamical Nu2Menu. BartPE needs Windows XP distributive for creating a disk.
