MediaCoder v0.3.9 - freeware audio/video transcoder, which includes a lot of different audio and video tools under one program.
MediaCoder's faetures:
• enhanced vide compression / size reducing (when converting audio and video) from MPG/VOB/AVI/RMVB/MOV/MP4 formats into AVI/MKV/MP4 (Xvid/DivX/H.264 + MP3/OGG/AAC)
• extracting sound tracks from video files of MPG/VOB/AVI/RMVB/MOV/MP4 formats into MP3/OGG/AAC/MPC
• converting VCD/DVD from RMVB/MOV to MPEG 1/2
• converting from lossless formats or high bitrate files APE/FLAC/WavPack (+ CUE sheets) into MP3/AAC/WMA for playing into portable players
• copying and compressing audio tracks into APE/FLAC/WavPack/MP3/OGG/AAC/WMA/MPC
