DzSoft PHP Editor 3.0 has everything necessary for effective work - syntax highlighting, internal ftp client (simple); testing (open file in the browser window with the ability to see code generated, this does not require external HTTP server). Code checking (using php.exe) - shows what's wrong on exact line.
