XnView is a utility for viewing and converting graphics files.
It support more than 400 graphic formats in reading and 40 in writing (Jpeg, Targa, TDI, Softimage bitmap, RGB Sgi, Tiff, Gif, ... ).
Here are some key features of "XnView":
